Q: How much are royalties and other Fees?
A: An Area Development Fee of $10,000 per cafe is due up front with a
Franchise Fee of $25,000 prior to opening of each cafe. Royalties are 5%
of sales. There is a Marketing Production Fee of 0.5% and a requirement
to spend 1.5% of sales on Local Store Marketing. Regional and/or Brand
Development Fees will be established and implemented from time to time
at the company's discretion.
