Catering Rewards Terms of Use
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CORNER BAKERY CAFE® CATERING REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CORNER BAKERY CAFE® CATERING REWARDS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Corner Bakery Cafe® Catering Rewards program (the “Catering Rewards Program” or the “Program”), which is operated by CBC Restaurant Corporation (“CBC”) in the United States. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with CBC for other products and services. CBC reserves the right to change, modify, eliminate, terminate, discontinue and/or cancel the Catering Rewards Program, associated rewards, and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.cornerbakerycafe.com, and to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in the Catering Rewards Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not use or access the Catering Rewards Program.
Without notice to you, CBC reserves the right to suspend any Catering Rewards Program account and/or your participation in the Program for any reason in its sole discretion, including without limitation if CBC determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. CBC may, in its sole discretion, suspend, or cancel accounts that appear to be inactive, and suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in the Catering Rewards Program is terminated, then all accumulated Rewards in your account are void.
Becoming a Catering Rewards Member
CBC’s Catering Rewards Program allows you to earn and receive rewards (rewards, including Corner Cash and Amazon.com Gift Cards, are individually or collectively referred to as “Rewards(s)”). To become a Program member, you must: (1) be at least 18 years old, (2) register for a Catering Rewards account at https://www.cornerbakerycafe.com/cateringrewards, and (3) be subscribed to the Catering Rewards Program email list. Your Catering Rewards account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. A unique and valid email address is required to register for a Catering Rewards account. You may be required to be presented the email registered in connection with you Catering Rewards account in connection with a transaction or activity. The Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. There are no membership fees associated with the Catering Rewards Program.
Earning and Using Rewards
For every $500 you spend in qualifying Corner Bakery Cafe® catering purchases (net sales) using a registered Catering Rewards account, you will receive 1 of 2 pre-selected Rewards: $25 Corner Cash certificate or $10 Amazon.com Gift Card. A qualifying purchase constitutes a catering order that you place (i) in-cafe or via CBC’s catering website, with respect to orders fulfilled by participating Corner Bakery Cafe® locations. The amount of the qualifying purchase equals the amount paid for food and beverages after application of any applicable discounts and/or Rewards redeemed, exclusive of taxes, tips, delivery, cancellation or other fees, and exclusive of gift card purchases. If you have a Corner Bakery Cafe Catering House Account, it must be in good standing to be eligible for earned Rewards.
When earned, you will receive a Reward email notification to the “Rewards Email” provided at registration. Corner Cash certificates are valid on food and beverage purchases made in-cafe at participating cafes. They are not valid towards online catering purchase. Amazon.com Gift Cards may be redeemed at www.amazon.com/redeem. Restrictions apply, see www.amazon.com/gc-legal.com. Amazon Gift Cards and Corner Cash certificates never expire. Rewards are subject to change or substitution without notice. Rewards accumulated under the Catering Rewards Program are promotional and have no cash value. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash, any cash equivalent, or any other products, or combined with other discounts or coupons. Transaction history cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Closing Your Account
You may cancel your Catering Rewards account at any time by contacting CBC. Upon your request, CBC will delete your personal and/or corporate information within a reasonable time, provided that CBC may retain your information in its non-public databases for a reasonable period of time to support CBC's business requirements.
In addition, you understand and agree that there may be circumstances when CBC is legally required to retain your information. In that case, CBC will protect your information in a manner consistent with its then-current security procedures until the legal requirement expires or is removed.
