HOW DOES CORNER BAKERY REWARDS WORK?

We want to reward you for being a loyal Corner Bakery guest by earning points for your purchases. You’ll earn 5 points for each $1 spent. The more points you earn, the more rewards you unlock. Explore Membership Benefits

HOW DO I JOIN CORNER BAKERY REWARDS?

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

For purchases made in-cafe, simply provide your registered phone number when ordering. To confirm your registered phone number, access the Edit Account by logging into your account. When ordering online or through the app, log in using your Corner Bakery Rewards username and password to earn points for every delicious purchase. Note, you will not receive points for taxes, delivery fees, discounts or catering & gift card purchases.

HOW DO I VIEW MY ACCOUNT BALANCE AND MEMBERSHIP TIER STATUS?

You can view your account balance and progress towards Membership Tiers by logging into your account. We also send email notifications when you reach a new membership tier or earn a reward.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I HAVE A REWARD?

You can view your account balance by logging into your account. You can also explore Membership Benefits for program reward tier information. We also send email notifications when you reach a new membership tier or earn a reward.

How Do I Redeem Earned Rewards?

To redeem your earned rewards in-cafe, simply provide your registered phone number to the Cashier. To redeem your earned rewards online or through the app, be sure you're logged in using your Corner Bakery Rewards username and password. Add items to your cart and prior to check out, apply the appropriate reward you wish to redeem.

Can I lose my "Membership Tier" status?

Once you achieve a new membership tier you will remain in that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year, plus the entire next year. At the end of the year, your points will refresh as you track your status back to your prior membership tier or a higher tier for the following year. Please note, once you achieve "Silver Membership" tier, you will not move below that tier.

For example, if you achieve the "Gold Membership" tier in August 2020, you would enjoy "Gold Membership" tier rewards for the rest of 2020 and all of 2021. Beginning in January of 2022, your points will refresh to the "Silver Membership" tier. Explore Membership Benefits

How long does it take for my points to appear in my account?

You will receive your points at the time of your visit/purchase.

How Do I Know Which Cafes Participate in The Program and Which Ones Will Accept Rewards?

Corner Bakery Rewards is now available in all cafes. Find your nearest location here.

How Do I Cancel My Membership in Corner Bakery Rewards?

While we hope you won't want to leave us, if you decide for whatever reason to no longer participate in the Corner Bakery Rewards program, please Contact Us and we'll remove you from our membership and mailing list.

How Do I Stop Receiving Corner Bakery Reward Emails?

If you no longer want to receive email communication, or you want to change the frequency of email communication, simply change your preferences in the "Communication Preferences" section by logging into your account.

How Do I Receive Points for a Missed Purchase?

If you forget to log in or give your phone number during a purchase, please Contact Us and include your proof of purchase to receive points for a missed visit.

Why Do I Have to Give You My Phone Number?

Your phone number is used when you redeem reward offers and enables you to receive points for your purchase. Please see our Privacy Policy for other uses.

Why Do You Need to Know My Birthday?

We'd like to celebrate your birthday with a reward! Please see our Privacy Policy for other uses.

Why Can't I Edit My Birthday?

Unfortunately, birth dates cannot be edited online after you've registered. However, you can Contact Us to have your birthday edited.

I'M A MEMBER OF THE ECLUB. DO I NEED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR CORNER BAKERY REWARDS?

Yes, Corner Bakery Rewards is a different program than eClub and requires a separate registration.

What If I Want to Register but Don't Have an Email Address?

The Corner Bakery Rewards program requires that guests register to begin their membership, which includes providing a unique, valid email address. This helps ensure that your visits are being recorded in the right place and maximizes your opportunities to earn rewards.

WHY CAN'T I REGISTER WITH THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS I SHARE WITH SOMEONE WHO ALREADY REGISTERED?

The Corner Bakery Rewards registration system requires a unique email address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

HOW DO I EDIT MY CORNER BAKERY REWARDS ACCOUNT INFO?

To update your address, email or other details of your account, visit the Edit Account section online

Why Am I Not Receiving Rewards Emails from You?

You may have inadvertently opted out of receiving communications from us and changed your communication frequency. Please check your preferences in the "Communication Preferences" section by logging into your account. If you still have questions cannot access your account or opted out, you can also Contact Us to ensure we have your correct email address.
